WELCOME to the final weekly newsletter in its present form.  From nest week we hope to restore the “Redemptorist” pewsheets, as pre-Covid-19, with the collect and readings on the rear of the sheet

IF YOU WISH to have a pewsheet posted or delivered to you, in the way we have been circulating these for the last 18 months, then please can you let the members of the Ministry team know. Otherwise, sheets will be available at the rear of each Church on Thursdays and Sundays, for you to take away

We also hope soon to be able to release a few more of the restrictions in the coming weeks and the Wardens and Team will meet soon to discuss this. In the meantime we ask you to take care when in Church

  • We are now singing at our services: this is from printed sheets, which we ask you to take away with you, so nobody else needs to handle them. Service words will continue to be shown un the screens in Church
  • We advise people to wear a mask in church as it remains an enclosed space and we will keep social distancing within our buildings
  • We will remain offering Communion in one kind only, for the time being

We will review these things shortly as the trend of the infections becomes clear. For the moment we shall continue to offer the Sunday afternoon Zoom service and to record and broadcast a service each Sunday on the internet.

A secretary is needed for St Michael & St Wulfad PCC. If you feel that God is prompting you to consider this, do please have a chat with Nichola or Ian. Thank you.
